pbem large .cmb file - ways to prevent??

Hi,

I've been playing my first PBEM game via www.pbw.cc vs a friend. Life was good... until of of a sudden the saves increased from a comfy 300k to 20MB-ish.

This was because of the combat log files.
Even worse; it seems to be the combat log files from computer vs computer combat. Not something I want to carry around in my savegames...

Is there anyways to prevent this? We would only want to keep the log file for 1 turn, and only if it was PVP...

Any tips on getting rid of unnecessairy large files?

Or is there a way to set up www.pbw.cc to exclude the .cmb file and perhaps manually download that when needed?
