I'm not sure if it was intended that way, but setting obscuration level in settings.txt give cloaking capability to everything instead of just making them harder to detect. It's quite silly to be able to cloak a planet or a fighter...

it dosent appear to do any thing unless the thing trying to cloak actualy has a real cloaking device
