Saving Vehicle Designs with Empire? |

Space Empires V General
I know that in SEIV, you could always save your ship/vehicle designs when you saved your empire mid-game. Is that not doable in SEV, because I can't seem to figure out how to do it?

I dont think its posible but it would be a nice feature to save race specific designs. May be when the bugs are squashed
