1. Can't accept counter-alliance proposals (1.25)
For Treaty Proposals, Counter Treaty Proposals and Alliance Proposals everything works fine, but Counter Alliance Proposals have no options under Reply.
I also tried this out with two human players in Hot Seat mode. Known since 1.17, still active in 1.25.
2. Messages to Alliances (1.25)
The AI is only sending messages to Alliance members, as a Human Player you can only send messages to the Alliance itself.
The messages to the Alliance never arrive in the Alliance chamber or anywhere else.
On the other hand AI treaty requests to members are bogus, they should go to the chamber.
3. Treaty with Alliance (1.25)
Treaties are forbidden by Alliance therms? There is no such therm in the Alliance rules! At last it should be possible to make up a treaty via Alliance proposals.
