Is this right?

again a problem need solving, i was wondering why my ships weren't like...moving back to a planet or somthing after combat...a week ago it was fine....but after i downloaded the balance mod...all my games have ships that go back to the planet(or what ever posistion they started in) after combat...it's really annoying to have to move them cause of the weak ships, and the long ranged ships being too close to the enemy ships...
