Hopefully people can tell me if this in known bug before i report it...
When drones are sent against multiple base ships if the baseships stack on top of each other (ie move "up" (the Z axis) on the screen) the drones cannot reach the ships until the ship beneath it is blown up and slowly works its way back down. Meanwhile, the baseship gets free hits on the drones.
This happened in the battle simulator and the drones have no other weapon but warheads, so they buzzed around beneath the baseship until it came down.
Kinda funny to watch but I am sure would be annoying to the person owning the drones

I have not seen it or heard of it. The only bug I know with drones is that you cant retarget them and they seem to auto target regardless. A pain if your anti ship drones chose the planet and not the orbital ships as the first target.
