Description
when a player gets torpedoes, he gets quantum torpedo, even if he doesn't have the engine technology.
when a player gets drones, he gets all warheads, regardless of techs.
this might apply as well to mines, i am not recalling off hand.

Ironically, i JUST - 5 minutes ago - saw that-

but what about anti- matter, and all the drone warheads?
i shouldn't have tachyon, etc...

The improper availability of quantum torpedoes os caused by a typo in a data file.
