Description
I have posted this under 1.22 changelog, but i think that this is better a place. Some of them may be considered as features. So this is my list:
- regardless of being in the alliance, could empire be listed in the empire menu, so for example i can give some units or planets to members?? Only way i can speak to specific member is through news if they ask me for something and wait for replay
- can there be a limit for empires in the alliance? I have created one and computer added every single empire existing in the universe (whats the point of the game then? )
- computer is not creating any alliances?
- can there be an option in the alliance so members cannot perform intelligence on eachother? members of alliance where doing that and both sides where asking me for help (cooperative inteligence). In the alliance we shared "everything"
so i am not sure if there was even point in intelligence on each other.
- can empire, that is being added (voted to join the alliance), refuse to join the alliance? when i left my alliance i was added agian i couple of turns without even being asked
- if we are voting to remove empire, should the empire that we are voting against should have vote itself?
And some not about the alliances:
- could you change the algorithm for survey system option? It uses way more supplies (move points) than it should
- computer is not conolizing as much as it could (at least on a medium level)
- sometimes i notice that old news change. Especially, when message is sent from empire. The next turn it says something different (but the meaning is the same).

Re: Alliance and others
I had some similar problems:
http://www.spaceempires5.com/en-US/node/2261
what was most frustrating was that the alliance, including as you said, every race but myself,
would vote me in against my will occaisionally, negating attacks and bypassing defenses.
truly, truly annoying.
