1.20 - Unable to start a new game - Black Screen |

After upgrading to version 1.2, I've run into a strange problem. When starting a new game everything seems to be working fine until the game finishes initializing (creating map, creating starting positions etc), but when the game is supposed to start, I only get a black screen with continous music.
Has anyone else had this problem, or anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Don’t get them there but when restoring a minimized game I do get one some times for several minuets but the game initializes normally eventually. I would check that there are not any unnecessary background processes going on as SEV like many games does not cope well with the way windows multitasks.
