Ok this may be a stupid question, but is there anyway to save my ship designs like you could in previous editions of the game?
It gets a bit tedious having to re-make every single ship from scratch if i am using the all tech setting or something similar

I agree with you. You can save your race but not the ship desidns. Very tiresome having to redesign all the ships from scratch every new game.
