Need some help with UI mod

I'm in the beginning stages of a UI mod, and

so far have the stock HUD worked out. At this
point, I want to tweak the button locations
to make it more visually compact and more
functionally efficient. The problem is I can't
find coordinate settings for the control buttons.

Here's an example:

And here's where I'm currently stuck:

See those control buttons floating at the bottom?
Anyone know what file contains their
coordinate settings? I've done a search
for all files in the SE5 folder that point
to Buttons_ControlPanel.bmp and nothing turned up
