The options for ministers in the demo are none existant. Anyone know if the full release intents to have ministers functioning to the level of SE:IV?
You can enable ministers
You can enable ministers under Empire Options. Click on Ministers, on the right hand side a list will appear. Click on which one you want to enable. (I always used Facility Construction in SEIV, so I wont have to focus so much on my colonies.) Dont forget that you need to turn on ministers for say planets and what ever ships you want them to control. The Key combo is Ctrl + T. Hope this helps.
