Space Empires V General
It appears my copy of Space Empires V is missing scenarios. All I have is the first part of the tutorial (the part that teaches you basic interface components etc.) I don't have the part that goes into detail on combat etc. I assume there are other scenarios as well, but certainly another piece of the tutorial that actual shows you how to handle combat.

These are things that will come later probably after a map editor gets released as they are more in the domain of the Moding community than in the developer. It is possible to set up simple scenarios even so. By use of the Map generator and designing the races to take part in it using the standard game set up.

Scenarios don't really exist in the SE world.
