Ship Experience bonuses

I made a tweak to ShipExperience.txt such that a single test Frigate had +99% Dodge from its experience level. Anti-Proton Beams were still hitting it from a single enemy ship of Combat Sensors Lv 6 compared to my ECM Lv 6 (Balance Mod v1.01). Hitting far too often for the 99% Evasion bonus to be functional.

This means EXP is broken right now? It's nothing urgent I guess, but I would like to have an EXP heavy SE V game one day, where keeping ships alive through countless battles makes them very powerful (heroic supernatural crew). I've written the mod for it, but the feature isn't implemented yet I guess.

Oh and on a related note, once it's code is functional, what will "combat morale" do?

It's a bad news, i also added defense to my experienced crew. But you could also have messed up, like putting an already used number in "Amount 2 Formula". Speaking of wich, it seem i also made the mistake.

As for morale. It will probably make your ships flee from battle when their moral is broken, maybe get them penalities to their combat rolls...
