Best Way to Report Bugs?

Being a software support professional as my day job here is what I recommend.

First, have a look at the list of bugs. Projects & Downloads link (left menu of this screen) > Core Products > Bugs and Requests > Advanced Search
The search is kinda meh, so don't be surprised if you don't get anything.

Second, post your experience and ask if anybody has seen it too.

Third, if you get confirmation or even if you don't, submit the bug.
Projects & Downloads link (left menu of this screen) > Core Products > Bugs and Requests > submit > fill in necessary info

You can also E-mail but if you do attach an affected save game if you have one
