Ideas on migration

I have one old idea that I have mentioned more than once here, so won't go into great detail about it, but I do have another idea that I think could add another dimension to the game or too mods if it could be made to work by them.

1st of all the game needs a mechanic to have negative migration to remove domed population from planets once an atmosphere breathing races sets up camp on the colony.

The other idea I have is to allow intel to interfer with migrated populations, in that you can incite other races to riot and try and turn the colony over to their own race.

i.e. My race Astals (methane atmosphere breathers) has a migration treaty with the Jterals (oxygen), I have setup several oxygen planets with purely Jteral population so that I can maximise the numbers of facs on those colonies. At the moment all the Jterals on my colonies have 100% loyalty to me. The Jterals have done the same using Astals who have migrated to them (the game mechanic mentioned above has made these worlds pure Astals so the Jteral empire can make full use of these worlds as well).

I would like it if I could start an Intel project against the Jteral empire that makes Astals in their empire start to form rebelions, lowering happiness and loyalty to the point where they will revolt and join my empire eventualy.

I know you can already use intel to try and form revolts, I just think that by taking the migration of races into account you could make this even better, and open up another game tactic. Its one that the AI should be able to use relatively easily as well Smiling.

I would also add in other factors such as, whats the relations between the 2 empires, it should be very easy to stir up trouble if the races are at war, and harder the more they like each other. If there is a 2nd race on the planet such as the Jterals also have a migration treaty with the Helshans who are also methane, having a colony with a mixed population will make it less likely to revolt as both sides will work against each other, also there should be a chance that if I provoked a riot on a planet with both Astals and Helshans that the planet might flip over to the Helshan Empire, the higher the % of the population the more likely the colony will flip that way.
