Why I bought another copy.... |
Well, I just picked up my second copy of SEV (first from EB Games, this one from Best Buy).
Why?
1. I believe in Aaron & Malfador; I'm sure by the time they're done patching SEV it'll exceed my expectations.
2. I want a license so my son and I can play (well, he's only 5 and 1/2 now, but I'm planning ahead).
3. I want retailers to understand there's a market for turn-based strategy.
Keep up the good work.

congratulations
I corrupted many of my family into gaming and will get more than one copy of SEV in the new year when Multiplayer is fully working as its a bit temperamental at the moment I believe

I may buy another copy..
I want Starfury again (lost it...) and one of the sites includes it free with SE5.
bit off topic
Be careful with the Greek myths my dear brother once got into trouble for telling them to my nephew apparently "they are inappreciably violent" LOL
Never did me any harm it was the interest in history which lead to the pile of bladed weapons in the corner, the long bow the swords, the spears, the axes the bills et al

I wonder what they would consider to be appreciably violent *LOL*.
Personally I found that stuff for myself when I started to read (was a late bloomer due to dyslexia, but have more than made up for it since) I would say whatever the kid wants to read is appropriate even if its that best selling work of fiction the bible, as long as the kid gets to read it for themselves so they can get all the juicy bits
As for collections of weapons, I have real and rubber ones

Start em young and keep em
Start em young and keep em playing good idea
Just get him reading as well *GRIN*
