Can something be done about ground combat scenery?

I mean, the colony look very awful, it's just a big square, with just as square roads with building that are a bit blocky... It look just bad. It would be nice if in the upcomming patch, or an expension that the scenery be upgraded for ground combat so we have a bit more to look at than the fighters and troops that are killing each others...
