It would be nice to have people list their Mods here and add a link to DL directly.
If that was all contained in one post people would have to search all over for the various moads out there.
Also, someone should list what is needed for Mods and how to install them.

Hes right about the list its already there with links and everything, as for installation its pretty easy, pretty much just unpack the mod folder into Space Empires IV folder and use the SEIV Mod Launcher Utility to launch your mod. Any further instructions are usually included with the mods themselves.
