How to scrap existed facilities on planet? |
Maybe I didn't find the button but how can I scrap the existed facilities on my planet?

The scrap cargo command can be found by right clicking on your planet. (even though facilities aren't cargo). It can also be found on the construction queues page.

It's under the Scrap Cargo menu or ctrl-K hotkey.
