How to remove facilities ?

Submitted by Lord_KiRon on Fri, 2006-12-08 19:26. Space Empires V General

How to remove facilities ?

I have a 3 reasons to do so :

1. I accidently built a 2 "system effect" facilities in the system (btw: I think this should be prevented by the engine same as putting two repair modules in one ship and such).

2. I have "Planet Utilization" module and it finished the work - planet conditions "optimal" so I want to put something usefull instead.

3. I just want to change stuff, like change the colony from research to intelligence or stuff like that.

Was unable to find myself... Any ideas ?

Yep, it's not too

Yep, it's not too obvious.

1) Select the planet. From the lower right icon box, pick the 4th icon from the left on the bottom row.

2) From the new icons in the box, pick the 4th icon from the left on the top row.

3) Select the facitilies (or other items) you wish to recycle, and from there I think you can handle it. (g)

Having two space ports in a system can be a good idea as the spaceport is your link the rest of the empire.

Yes , it might in some cases , especially if war goes on and one of the planets might be captured, but not let's say "Urbanization Facility" on internal system Smiling

Thanks for the explanation Stormhound, I think developers should make it more obiouse like provide ability to delete facilities from the facilities list.

tehre should be warning

Submitted by damador on Sat, 2006-12-09 06:12.

there should be warning that say - "you have already build this facility or have it in queue on other planet in that system" for all "only one facility in effect for the system"
