Anyone else having trouble joining the beta testers group?

I'm finding it impossible to join the beta tester's group. Before anyone asks, yes, I am a beta tester Eye-wink

When I click on the "Request a membership of this group..." link, I get the following message:

"You are not authorized to view this page

The Web server you are attempting to reach has a list of IP addresses that are not allowed to access the Web site, and the IP address of your browsing computer is on this list."

I don't know why the hell my IP address would be blocked, but this probably needs to be fixed if the beta testers are to all be allowed into the beta testers group!

From what I can gather, a subscription allows you to view the posts in that group, but isn't the same as being a member of the group.
