Ship name auto update when upgrading

Description

I did an advanced search for similar feature requests but did not see any existing items referencing 'ship name'. Hope this is not a duplicate.

It would be extremely desirable that when using ships design names of the standard form that works for design name auto-updates when upgrading a design: and when retrofitting a ship to a new design mark/level, that it's name is auto updated too, if it's name meets the above criteria.
Actually that restriction isn't really necessary either.

e.g. A ship is named: 'Cobra III 0004' and there is a newer design called 'Cobra V', then after upgrading the ship to that design, it would automatically have the new name: 'Cobra V 0004'.

BTW, there is no ship name uniqueness enforcement yet in SE5, but if and/or when there is and there is a name conflict due to the above new algorithm, then a simple user single-line-edit dialog could be presented to allow immediate and easy correction.
Also it would be nice to see text selection/copy/paste UI capability in SE5, of course.

It would make a good empire option. Just have to be careful and make sure it's an option as some players like custom names for all their ships. Sticking out tongue
