Can not enter area with a storm |

Description
There are some sectors with storms that a ship can not enter. This makes it impossible to destory the storm. Most storms can be destoryed, but there are a few that no ship is allowed into.

I, too, have experienced this problem, even with ships should not move through restricted systems turned off.

Try turning off under Empire Options "Ships Should Not Move Through Restricted Systems" and see if works then...
