Set a waypoint (CTRL + #, where # is a number key) at the destination, then under Queue Settings (in construction queue screen) scroll down to the bottom and select the waypoint you set. All ships constructed by that SY will be automatically ordered there.
Still lobbying for some that waypoint UI that was helpful in SE:IV.
