Description
i started an alliance with 2 AI empires (so 3 in total with me). each empire had 1 vote.
then one empire started to propose to add every other empire into the alliance.
the minimum vote needed was set to 80%, so all 3 empires needed to vote yes for a new member.
i didn´t vote cause i didn´t want to create a acces violation error. next round all empires where added to the alliance!!!
at the voting one of the other AI empires just voted 2 times!!!
besides this general bug that an ai empire votes 2 times, why do they add all other empires (even the ones wich they are at war with) into the alliance?!?
