Space Empires V General
1.17 stock with some modifications (250 galaxy AI from BM 8+4 AI )
date 2409 - turn processing takes ages ..... every turn is worse
task manager shows 900 MB memory use - after relanching the game i can play 3-4 turns until i got the loops again
seems that game doesn't clear memory at all
does it happen without BM?

Easy difficulty

This is something that definitely needs fixed. Playing SE:V is starting to bring my computer to a grinding halt, more than quadrupling shutdown times. You should try playing with the AI on the easiest difficulty. This disables several of the ministers the AI uses. If the memory leak dissapears, try medium again. This will help determine if it's a minister issue.

Specifics
Could you give us some specifics on the game, such as if the computers are fighting each turn, how many systems you think they control, how many ships they may have, etc? This is obviously a memory leak, but solving a memory leak is much harder than you might imagine and any relevant data can help in tracking a solution down.
