Description
With "Display confirmation Dialog when ending turn" enabled, ships that are in a fleet with slower ships show up as without orders, even when the fleet has no available movement.
Suggested Fix: Check "Fleets without orders" using fleet available movemnt - then have all ships with no fleet, or fleet = "None", warn when no orders.
