Description
First, if you generate a map beforehand, the game will never start. It will hang forever once it reaches the end of the "Empire Placement" stage.
More importantly, I have repeatedly experienced (as a player, not the host) the AI switching around my research, production, and ship design between turns. All ministers are reported as turned off.




Multi-player on Lan tcp-ip
I have the same proplem but not every turn. The game was proceesed and sent back form the host but sometimes my research, design, and builds would be changed.
