Help!
I'm trying to attack a planet and my ships refuse to target it. There is a strange symbol over the planet that looks like a planet with a circle and a hash through it... whats up with that?

Do you have a treaty with another empire that states 'No Planetary Bombardment'?
-Currently subjecting multiple galaxies to the doom of conquer or blackholes
bombardment
That means you signed a treaty that prohibits bombarding planets.
