Description
Game Type: Standard SEV
Version: v5.1.17 with no Mods
Players: 18 (Started with 15)
Game Master Password: master
Issue:
Started a standard game of SEV with 15 Empires (14 Computer controled).
During play, 1 computer Empire (Xi'Chung Hive) had a revolt/independence(?) of it's colonies that led to a creation of 3 new Empires in the game with their race consisting of Xi'Chung populations.
1 of the newly formed empire was wiped out by other empires, and so I decided to give "protection" to the 2 remaining new empires by inviting them to an Alliance, and manually "accepting" the request on their respective turns by taking control of their empires via the master password.
On their turn, after typing the password, the game will crash with the following message:
"Exception"
"Access violation at address 0069EA3C in module 'se5.exe'. Read of address 000000C4"
I have attached a .Zip file containing the save game file(s) from the save game folder.
Note:
My original player controlled empire is Player 1 (Kant's Imperium) while the 2 Empires I want to control are Player 17 and Player 18. Player 16 was wiped out as mentioned, but still exist in the "Players" menu option.
