"Next Ship" Button Question |

Hi guys!
When I played my first game, I found a setting that would make it so I wouldn't select ships that were assigned to a fleet when I hit the "Next Ship" button. I can't figure out for the life of me now how I did that. Can anyone help?

It under the icon with the Crown. The one where you check on how many resources your producing and using. I can't remember the name of it.
