It looks like Alliances are still buggy. I had the game crash when voting on a add new member proposal. It was a saved game though. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Sucks.

Nope. I just created a new stock game with the new patch. The Alliance CTD bug is still there. I really like this aspect of the game. Creating a United Worlds alliance. I went to vote on a new proposal and it crashed. Thought this was going to be my patch. =(
