Can't seem to locate the option to forward production (i.e. ships) to a forward base/frontlines.
How does one do this?

you have to create waypoints

you have to create waypoints in the systemview first. just klick on a hex where you want a waypoint and press crtl+# (# stands for one of the numberkeys so 1 to 9).
it then shows a waypoint on the map.
in the constructionwindow you can then choose under the constructionsettings to move ships to one of the created waypoints.

I think I remember seeing it under queue settings, from the construction window. You have to scroll down a bit.
