Bug with the simulator - can't place objects anymore

While I think the idea of "disallowing objects to be moved in the sector view while enemies are present" is a good one it really needs to be disabled in the simulator. Since the last patch it is now no longer possible to position objects once you have added objects owned by a second empire to the list.
