Note that this isn't a complaint (yet) just a simple question: is it me, my ISP, something down the pipes or is this THE most unreliable, unresponsive site on the entire Web??? I don't seem to be having any problems with any other site but this one. 20% of the time it's unreachable and 50% of the time when it connects it's slower than pouring tar in the wintertime.

Does anyone know?
