1.13 Show Stopping Bugs Still

Hey,

I'm still getting the game hanging up during the turn screen. It will just hang up. Also the turns start taking longer and longer.

Another crashing bug is when you create a Alliance. If you click the Alliance Menu it will crash to the desktop everytime.

These are really annoying and prevent me from being able to play the game.

I hope they release a patch to correct these major show stopping bugs.
