Drones not using supplies

I doubt this is by design rather than the other option, but drones do not use any supplies through movement.
I haven't been able to test with them shooting anything yet because my 100 turns expired before I met anyone else (typical)... but drones outside of any resupply systems, definitely not using any supplies to travel around.
