Description
I could use the following Abilities for use in the components.txt file:
The scope of all of these should apply to all the other components on the vehicle they are mounted on, not planetary/system/quadrant/empire. These should not be cumulative (only a single, most powerful component applies, as with combat sensors).
*An ability like Weapon Damage Modifier Percent, but where I can list the weapon types it applies to (Direct Fire, Seeking, Point Defense, Warhead). Should allow be to list multiple weapon types.
*An ability that changes Weapon Reload Rate MS Formula by a percentage up or down.
*An ability like the old Muliplex Tracking, allowing a vehicle to fire on a certain number of objects simultaniously.
*An ability that modifies shield HP max by a percentage, up or down. Should apply to all shields.
*An ability that allows research point generation of a ship (might already be possible, havn't tested this one).
In addition, I'm requesting the following ability for the StellAbilityTypes.txt:
*An ability that modifies the research points generated in the same sector (not nessesarily on the same planet/asteroid/whatever) by a percentage. This ability has to be persistant until destruction of the root object.
*A similar ability as above, but applies to the whole system.

Lemme translate that real quick:
Should allow me to list multiple weapon types. So if I want this bonus to apply to Direct Fire and Seeking, I would enter: "Direct Fire, Seeking".
Additionally, the request for the ability to modify Weapon Reload Rate MS, should also allow me to specify what weapon types this applies to.
