Manual included in patch - updated?

I got my game from gamestop and it came with a pdf manual. Guess they decided to include it with all builds. That is great.

Speaking of pdf manuals, I like them. There are some advantages, for example, it will always be on the CD and you will never lose it. Also, it will never get anything spilled on it

Well, it's nice that the manual is searchable, but they should definitely redo it so that the table of contents is hyperlinked. Would save me much time.

I'd look at the time stamp - if it's from the last two weeks it's been updated, otherwise it's just the old one because of the cumulative patch.
