Bugs I'v found / and some Questions |
Every game I play is a simontanious movement one, so any game i refer to is of that type.
Enemy empires demanding i leave asystem I'm niether in, or can see.
Is there an option to ignor computer diplomacy requests? maybe just specific empires?
PD weapons have a firing issue. Having to build lots of frigits with one pd weapon each.
Cant reaname planets or ships... Well I can, but next turn they revert back to what they were named origanly
Ground combat is fudged.
having problems with TCP/IP play - this is my biggest issue. Please, oh please fix this!!! if you can get a working tcp/ip mode I'll be happy, ever so happy =)
I did an was making a weapons platform and did 'aucto compleate' and it put tachyon sensors on it
when transfering cargo 'condensed view' is grayed out. so i have to selected each fighter to put into my carrier
I can't seam to get my minesters to scout new systems with my ships...
combat reply's can be really choppy, is there any possible chance of this being fixed
When i start the game with the 'ancient race' option, at first I can see a few planets with runes. However, by the second turn they're all gone! even when I scout the systems they've lost their runes.
AI is way too easy, but I'm sure they'll be mods for that =) I'm not too worried about it
change game settings during game? I'v started a few games and somewhere in it I wish I could have set sompthing diffrently, ie - player can view score of all empires. I forget to set that one sometimes...
using the 'transfer cargo' button doesn't seem to work. I click it, click the planet, click what cargo I want to add. But next turn the cargo hasn't been transfered. Tested with pop, fighters, and sats.
Also, can't seem to use the 'recover unit' button. I made the order to recover some sattilited, but it didn't work... I Click 'launch/recover units' then click the ship i'm recovering with, and the sats. Then I click 'recover unit' It comes up saying 'recover specific units - lisbeam' lisbeam being the name of the sat design. However when the next turn comes, the order is gone and the sats are still there. tested with both planets and ships.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining anymore. I've played the game - its awesome. I think it was when I had my first huge space battle. 100 and some odd fighters, a starbase, and wep platforms defending a key planet of mine againsed an enemy fleet. It was more then I could have wished for.The fighters so small, flying everywhere. The space station massive... I do, however, think the range on some weapons could be increased 




Small vs Large components?
Why are small components the same size as large? I assume this is now fixed in the patch? There is no point in using small armour, small supply, small ordinance, ect, because for 5k, you get the full sized and much bigger and nicer version!
I think the small stuff should generally be 1k?
