The version of Delphi I'm using for my development has this little quirk... it can't accept a 16 bit icon linked in as an external resource, but if I embed the icon directly as an image - it will work???!

Well, as I said before it has been quite a few years since I did any coding in Delphi (my more recent works have been in Java while at University, and since graduation have been entirely in PHP), but during this time there have been some useful tools and classes released.

Well it's been about 5-6 years since I did any "real" coding, so I dug out an old copy of Delphi7 I had somewhere buried in the depths of my CD mountain.

The SE4 Mod-Launcher is all well and good, but it never quite did enough (in my mind). The development was cut short unfortunately, partly due to my increasing workload at uni all those years ago, and partly due to the complete destruction of the hard-drive containing the source-code.... so I want to remake it... and to include SE5 in it this time.
