SE:V MODsFor all you modders out there, have you noticed the script files have changed dramatically version to version (especially 1.74)? The format, organization and execution process is sooo much more easier to read and follow than the previous versions. So my praise to Aaron and crew for the not so obvious hard work that was done! It has saved me hours if not days of code following!! |

Saved game file corruption in v1.74Submitted by inertiatic on Sun, 2008-06-22 15:34. Bug ReportsFirstly, thanks to MM for attempting to deal with the (major) issue of saved game file corruption in the latest patch, its something that many of us seem to suffer from and can completely ruin an otherwise perfectly enjoyable campaign. However, I started my latest game patched up to version 1.74 with BM 1.14b applied and after only 44 game turns, I try to load up my game today and I get that old familiar message 'cannot load ...' So unfortunately it seems the problem is still apparent. Anybody else experiencing the same with v1.74? If need be I can email the save game file to MM (anybody have the address?) but the bottom line is that this critical flaw still needs to be fixed. » read more | 5 comments |
