How would i change the Ruins tech to only give bonuses to existing techs versus trying to give something thats not there any more or to something new I'm adding? I've looked at what I think is the formula's, but unsure what the values mean. A little insight on what all these mean would be most helpful!! i put the whole section below for reference. In my invasions, I have noticed the AI building Satellites and Drones without any weapons (but gets that combat sensor in there What files / entries would need to be changed to fix these problems? |

I can only do it successfully if I put all my ships in a massive fleet with fleet orders to Capture Planet. But what happens is...my fleet wipes out all the fighters then RETREATS and the drop ships go down with 2 others and they drop the troops...but both the dropships AND the two escorts are sacrificed. Any simple way to avoid this? I mean I tried almost every strategy and the one I really wanted to use was send in a fighter swarm ahead of the dropships but could not figure out a decent way to do it. » read more | 3 comments |

). I would like to fix that. The other thing I noticed was militia carry no weapons either. They should get at least minor weapons. I am wondering if the AIs are ignoring "small weapons" as a tech path, and don't have an appropriate range of choices to make.
