Saving mid-turn in simultaneous games - Work properly?

Hi,

In the past it didn't work when you played your multiplayer simultanous game turn and save it midway.
When you submitted the turn it would all be messed up.

Now, some time back there were 2 fixes..

The game used to change the internal muliplayer game name on any save, so when the player ended their turn, the .plr file would have the same name as the filename they saved

SEV Proportions playtest

Im hosting a SEV PBW game using my own Proportions mod v1.0

This is a test game intended only for people interested in learning the mod and helping to polish and balance it. Once the mod is matured enough, I will start another role-playing focused game using the next version.

After a century on New Earth, settled 200 years after the lose of Earth, we are finally ready to begin expanding into the galaxy. We have already begun construction on our Abduction and Aberration class colony ships, to colonize the Rock and Ice class worlds in the Osshod system.

2400.2
It appears that we were not the first people to settle in this system, our new colony on Osshod IV has uncovered ancient ruins. As such we are now able to build massive planetary shield generators, they will defiantly be of use in protection our territory.

2401.2
Now that we have colonized all the Ice and Rock planets in this system it is now time to begin expanding into the systems beyond the warp points. As such two Abhorrent class Explorers to survey the systems on the other side, and find suitable planets for our future colonies.

atmosphere won't change and wepaon question.

Hi, i'm new this forum, i searched a while but didn't find an answer to the following 2 questions. I have the german version and patch 1.66 installed and no mods where made.

1. I have build atmosphere coverters on all my colonies (30). But on 4 of them the atmosphere doesn't get changed so the colony isn't domed anymore. I even destroyed the atmosphere coverter and rebuild it and abandoned the planet and recolonized it with new buildings. But it doesn't solve the problem on those 4 colonies. Is it a bug?

2. Is there somewhere a better overview for the weapons then the ingame one? It's ha

Minister keeps making obsolete ship

Ok, I am using SE 1.66 w/Balance Mod 1.12 and I'm not sure if this is a mod thing or an SE thing in general.

My empire was getting rather large and plus I had recently contacted and made treaties with quite a few aliens with the "colonize each others sytems" proviso. Well, I turned on the Minister for Ships - Colony and Ship building so he could build then control the colony ships. Well, I designed a Carrier afterwards but was going to wait for a few more techs to level up before putting any into production. I kind of figured the Minister might want to try to make some of these as I didn't have any other military ships, just colony ships (yeah yeah I know but I wasn't at war..anyways) so, after I designed it, I obsoleted it so there was nothing but colony ship designs available to make.
