Construction Queues Question

Am trying to add Sats to all my planets. How do I select them ALL without clicking on each and every single one to add to?

Hi all,

I play this game alot (probably too much) and i love it. But after spending quite awhile on a single game, i always feel dissapointed at the 'you have won' window. It seems that such a complex game could have a bit more of a bang at the end. Possibly galatic celebrations? planatary fireworks? Maybe someone could put this in a mod?

Is there an easy way to...?

Select ALL the planets on the Construction screen to add something to? (Know about the Select Multiple Queues button and the Add to All button, but they don't work unless I click which planet, and when you have a 50+ planets...that is a lot of clicking.)

Forward built ships to a waypoint or fleet without manually telling each and every one to go there?

Replace existing structures with another one? (I.E. Space Yard Facility with Temporal Space Yard Facility, without doing it manually on over 50 planets?)

Save ship builds inbewteen games?

Remove old structures? (Atmosphere Processor, Climate Control Fac, etc) And possibly autoreplace them with something else?

Less than Minimum # of computer players

Ok, so I decided to start a large quadrant game with a high amount of computer players, including neutrals. So, I start, and notice there is only 7 total players in the game, in a large quadrant with a supposed high amount of computer players. So I restart...again...only 7 players....2 normal empires...5 neutrals...both of which are lower for the MINIMUM of each in the data files under settings. Start a few more times, on large quadrant, either star-heavy or paradise.

Findings:

Never more than 9 total computer players, 3 MAX empires, 6 Max Neutrals.

I tried starting a game on medium quadrant, with everything else the same and I got 15 total empires...which is 2 lower than the maximum amount of computer players instead of below what should be the minimum amount of computer players since the minimum for a high setting should be 6 of each.

Question about abilities

So I'm sitting here making changes to my game with the help of the wonderful SE V Editor and got a question about an abilities I seen in the unit type editor. The ability in question is the "Abilities added to parent while in cargo" active? If it is then it'll be very easy to make personel and crew type cargo. Simply make them, give them abilities, make them so they can't be launched, and make them so they can't move on their own (like mines and satellites). If this is possible I'm invisioning captains, and crew chiefs, and security crews, and boarding parties.....

Adding to this, is it possible to require a facility to be on the planet to beable to make the unit instead of space yards? For instance, if a planet has a war acadamy then it can make a captain. And ofcourse I'd want to expand this more so that you have several types of captains (combat, science, medical) with differant abilities but only beable to have on per ship. Is that possible?

Dynamic Crew Requirements question

By dynamic crew requirements I mean sitting hulls to require only a small amount of crew and the various componants to require additional crew.

Ability 2 Type := AI Tag 20
Ability 2 Description := Requires [%Amount1%] regular crew.
Ability 2 Scope := Space Object
Ability 2 Range Formula := 0
Ability 2 Amount 1 Formula := 3
Ability 2 Amount 2 Formula := 0

That's how I have it in the components.txt but having not tested it yet do I have it set in right?
