corrupted saves in 1.58

I just tried to load the save for a game I've been playing for awhile 1.58, BM 1.11(game was started in BM 1.10),so it lags during loading, then I get a white screen with music and this message "cannot create file c:\program files\strategy first malfador machinations\space empires V\temp_1.dat". I've loaded it many times before without problems, what happened?

Here are the values for the Norak in Captain Kwok's balance mod, for example. What kind of AI personality can I expect with these values?

BM11 bug (or it's stock too?) - Tech trade when should not be possible

I started BM11 game with giving techs via gifts&trade not allowed. But i was still able to make tech giving treaty.

Or i don't understand what this option do. Is there any way how make tech giving treaties impossible?

Why i want this? Becose once AI start like me, it offers tech trading treaty. And it can accept treaty where only AI gives tech. Thats imo too cheasy way how to win.
I of course can change treaty to not contain tech trading, but its tedious.
And probubly AI's trades techs each other, so i go aginst their combined research (esp. once all of them start war with me).

Crystal tech bugs in BM 1.11 -- very ugly.

Here it is:

* Shard Cannons do NOT skip emissive armor in BM 1.11. I can't even begin to explain how lame this makes crystal tech in BM at this time.

...and as a Crystal tech appreciator (the concept, not the implementation), I have to say that crystal armor... is only barely better than regular armor (worse vs shield-piercing or shield 2x or 4x weapons), and the high energy magnifier is one of the worst weapons in game (the same is true in Stock).

Since a large amount of crystal armor is necessary to get a decent return from the effect (and the fact that the armor is worse than standard on a weight/resistance basis), the number of shields you can mount on your vessel is lessened -- which reduces the effect of any defensive shield enhancements you have... augh the list goes on.

Hi, I posted this in tech support, but nobody seemed to notice,so I apologize for repeating but I need some insight here. It seems that my save game, (only using one save) suddenly corrupted or something. When I try to load I get a hang, and then when finished the game goes white screen, (can still hear theme music) and then an access violation occurs;"cannot create file c:\Program Files\Strategy First Malfador Machinations\Space Empires V\temp_1.dat" I'm playing 1.58, started game in balance mod 1.10 then updated to 1.11 and continued playing no problem, then this!
